Subscription & Billing Policy

At The Projekt Co., we deliver premium subscription-based design services tailored specifically to each client's unique needs. Our policies aim for clarity, flexibility, and mutual respect, ensuring a positive experience.



1. Subscription Pausing & Cancellations

Clients can pause their subscription at any time, allowing you to temporarily halt service without losing access entirely. To pause or cancel, submit your request through the designated account portal or via written notice to support@theprojektco.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Confidence Guarantee (7-Day Trial Period)

We believe strongly in our services and want you to feel confident too. New subscribers have a 7-day trial period to experience our offering. If within this first week you're not completely satisfied, contact us and we'll refund 50% of your initial month's subscription fee- no questions asked. After this period, all payments are final. Our approach protects both your investment and our dedicated resources.

3. Termination by The Projekt Co.

In rare circumstances, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account that violates our Terms & Conditions, involves fraudulent activities, or abuses our services. Such terminations do not qualify for refunds.

4. Modifications to this Policy

We may periodically update this policy to better serve our clients. Any changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last Updated" date.
