Crystal has spent years shaping work that lets founders and operators show up with more clarity, not more noise. What began out of necessity—learning design because hiring a senior team wasn’t possible—became the foundation of how she builds today: intentional, restrained, and grounded in what actually moves people.

Her style balances emotional intelligence with sharp visual judgment, creating work that feels calm, credible, and strong without trying too hard. If it has our name on it, it passed through her hands.

Justin Kreutz

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Justin built the operational backbone that lets a small studio operate with the clarity and momentum of a much larger team. His work comes from years of rebuilding—learning how to create structure when everything depends on it and making decisions that move things forward instead of slowing them down.

He focuses on narrative, systems, and the unseen structure that makes creative work usable, not just beautiful. His approach is grounded, practical, and shaped by real pressure—not theory.
