About / TPC

A studio,
made by hand.

Running the same studio since 2012. Small on purpose. Senior only. Every project handled by the people who founded it. Las Vegas, working worldwide.

The philosophy
We do not add layers.
We remove them.

We started The Projekt Co. because we kept seeing the same thing: businesses that were genuinely great at what they do, represented by websites and brands that made them look unfinished.

That gap costs real money. Not in some abstract way. In the "people check your site before they call" way. In the "your competitor looks more legitimate even though you are better" way.

So we built a studio around fixing that. Small on purpose. Senior only. The same people on every project, from first conversation to final deliverable. No juniors learning on your budget. No handoffs to someone you have never met.

We did not start this company because we love design. We started it because we kept watching good businesses lose to worse ones that just looked better.
That felt wrong. So we fixed it. And then we kept fixing it.
Crystal Kreutz
Co-Founder & Creative Director

Crystal is the design authority at TPC. Every website, every brand system, every pixel that leaves this studio passes through her.

She works from instinct. She will look at a brand, a site, a deck, a room, and see what is missing before most people have registered what is there. The standard is simple: the work either communicates instantly or it does not ship.

She taught herself everything. Photoshop, Illustrator, typography, motion, development, from a one-bedroom apartment in Las Vegas starting in 2012. No art school, no agency pedigree, no safety net. Thirteen years later, she has set the visual language for businesses across real estate, hospitality, fitness, lifestyle, and entertainment. When she is offline she is with Justin and their two dogs, usually on the open road. That is where most of the work actually begins.

"When you change the way you look at the details, the entire machine changes with it."
Justin Kreutz
Co-Founder & Strategy

Justin runs the operational side of TPC. Client relationships, front-end strategy, and every system behind the scenes that lets a two-person studio deliver at the level of a full agency.

He thinks in structures. Before any of this was digital, he taught himself to build with his hands, then built the house he and Crystal live in. Framing, finishing, wiring, the whole thing.

That same instinct, start from zero, understand how the pieces hold, put them together so they last, is how he runs the studio. The systems, the scopes, the client relationships, the whole operation was built the same way the house was. From scratch. Load-bearing.

"If it is worth building, it is worth building so it holds."
Sloane Parker
Head of Sales & Partnerships

Sloane is the first person most new TPC clients hear from. She handles every inbound inquiry. Her job is to make sure every project that comes in lands somewhere useful. She figures out if TPC is the right fit, routes the conversation to whoever should actually be having it, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks between the first email and the first call.

Small, by design. Run the same way since 2012.

What we believe
Three rules we do not break.
01
Clarity over decoration
If your website needs a walkthrough, it is not finished. We build things that read instantly and hold up when nobody is there to explain them.
02
Subtract before you add
We do not add layers. We remove them. The goal is clarity that feels obvious, not decorative. If it does not need to be there, it is not there.
03
Trust is the product
You should not have to manage your design team. If we are doing it right, you hand us a problem and get back clarity. Not revisions, not ten options, not a meeting. The work should do what we said it would.
