Refund & Subscription Policy
At The Projekt Co., we provide premium, high-velocity creative services tailored to each client’s vision. Our policy reflects the nature of our business: fast-moving, high-trust, and built for professionals ready to move forward.
Subscription Management
You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal or by contacting us at support@theprojektco.com. Any cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle. We do not issue refunds for partial months, unused services, or failure to cancel prior to the renewal date.
No Refunds
Due to the immediate allocation of senior-level creative resources, all payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements for any reason, including dissatisfaction with design outcomes, changes in business needs, or unused service time. This policy ensures we can staff and begin projects without delay. Clients who engage with us acknowledge that work begins promptly and that design is a subjective, collaborative process.
Misconduct, Fraud, or Abuse
We reserve the right to immediately terminate any subscription or project without refund in cases of: 
Abusive conduct toward our team; Breach of contract or terms of use; Attempted chargebacks or payment fraud.
You agree to use our services in good faith and with professional intent. Any behavior that violates these expectations may result in permanent account deactivation and forfeiture of access to all files or deliverables.
Billing & Upgrades
Billing begins on the date of signup and recurs monthly on that same date. Subscription changes (such as upgrades or downgrades) are effective at the start of the next billing cycle unless otherwise approved in writing by The Projekt Co.
Final Word
We don’t operate like traditional agencies. There are no hand-offs, no markups, and no junior teams. Just clean, focused work by senior creatives who build what moves markets. That’s the commitment we make and the clarity we expect in return.
