How we plan the work
A monthly planning session establishes the priorities. A named TPC lead works through one active workstream at a time, with regular progress check-ins.
The reserved hours cover strategy, writing, design and coordination across the agreed work.
Term, scheduling and rollover
The initial term is three months. Scheduling and rollover terms are confirmed in the written agreement.
Reserved capacity does not mean unlimited work or several projects running simultaneously. Larger builds are scoped separately, and work beyond the agreed capacity requires approval.
When a defined project is a better fit
If you have a specific deliverable or a larger initiative with a clear endpoint, we can agree a project scope, deliverables and fee before work begins.
What should we discuss first?
The work that recurs, your priorities and typical deadlines, and who prepares briefs and approves work. We agree responsibilities and availability before the partnership begins.
