The Projekt Co.

Refund policy.

Effective and last updated: October 4, 2026

The Projekt Co. is operated by The Projekt, Co., formed in Delaware. This policy explains how refunds, credits and cancellations work. The applicable written proposal, scope of work or agreement for your work controls; where it differs from this page, it applies.

What is not refundable

To the extent permitted by applicable law: amounts earned for work already completed are not refundable; amounts for capacity reserved specifically for your project or ongoing work are not refundable where your written agreement says so; and committed third-party costs, such as licences or purchases made for your project, remain payable.

Cancellation

Cancellation and notice terms come from your written agreement. If work ends before it is complete, we remain entitled to payment for work already performed and any other amounts due under that agreement. Retainers end according to their written cancellation and notice terms.

Refunds and credits

Beyond those terms, we may offer a refund, credit or other accommodation where we consider it appropriate. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.

Revisions

Every project includes revision rounds as set out in your written agreement. If you’re unhappy with the work, tell us, and we will work with you to put it right within the agreed scope. Revisions beyond the agreed scope are quoted and agreed before we do them.

Questions and disputes

If something isn’t right, contact us first at hello@theprojektco.com; most issues are best resolved directly. Disputes are governed by your written agreement and, where it doesn’t say otherwise, by our Terms of Service.
