C2GO, originally Commissions2Go®, is a Las-Vegas-based fintech that fixes the “last-inch” of payouts for tip-heavy workforces and referral programs. Through a cloud portal, open-loop prepaid Mastercard®, and mobile wallet, operators can settle wages, tips, and player incentives in real time while capturing KYC and automating 1099 compliance.
The upcoming Card2Go™ release layers Flexia’s multi-account gaming card and Okta’s identity stack onto C2GO’s rail, giving casinos and hospitality groups one biometric-grade instrument that flows seamlessly from slot machines to every POS on-property. Closed-beta pilots with two Nevada resorts have validated throughput, user uptake, and compliance fit.
Acting as an embedded extension of the executive team, we shouldered every critical lane- from executive strategy and daily operations to brand architecture and narrative. We built the full investor-grade collateral suite, engineered a tiered 13-folder diligence data room, and synchronized vendor and investor dialogues. At the same time, we planned and executed all digital and physical marketing campaigns- display, paid social, on-property signage, and print- ensuring product messaging landed in every channel the moment Card2Go entered pilot.
C2GO was acquired spring of 2023 for an undisclosed eight-figure sum and is now being folded into the buyer’s payments stack, while the two pilot casinos transition to full production ahead of a wider rollout.
