An 800-key ultra-luxury hotel- ≈900k sq ft dressed in the hallmarks of a storied couture house- crowns a 375k sf casino-entertainment podium woven with indoor gardens and chef-driven dining. Street level unfolds into 230k sq ft of flagship, triple-net retail, while an 805k sq ft valet garage feeds a members-only porte-cochère. Altogether, just under three million square feet engineered so that discretion itself becomes an amenity.
Conceived by an award-winning design collective and secured under a single GMP design-build contract to keep costs disciplined, Project GK marries old-world glamour to tomorrow’s tech- biometric, keyless suites and immersive “show labs” where guests spec Gulfstreams or couture capsules in AR before drifting down to the tables. Less neon spectacle, more cultivated mystique: a vertical estate where the Strip’s next moguls can live, play, and park on the same penthouse floor.
